In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ac99" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to ac99, the online casino and sports betting platform operated at https://ac99.io.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ac99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the ac99 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either through your ac99 Account settings or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You understand that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that ac99 does not guarantee that any player will win or profit from their use of the Services.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of Services on the ac99 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. The information you provide during registration includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You agree to notify ac99 promptly at [email protected] if any of your registered details change. ac99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the ac99 platform. If ac99 identifies that a single individual has registered more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — ac99 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings across all identified Accounts.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ac99 may require identity verification at any time, and will require it before processing a Player's first withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ac99 may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

4.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification if not previously completed. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access your Account or conduct activity on your behalf.
• ac99 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or verification code by any means, including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from ac99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

• ac99 recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) on your Account to significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

ac99 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, provided that ac99 has not itself been negligent in safeguarding Account data.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ac99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Currency

All deposits are received and credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ac99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any deposit made via a payment method that involves a currency conversion will be credited at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment provider at the time of the transaction, with the resulting BDT amount credited to your Balance.

6.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your Account Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to be credited, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. ac99 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

6.4 Deposit Restrictions

ac99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name will be declined and returned.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to submit a withdrawal request, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification to ac99's satisfaction; (b) a real-money Balance of at least the minimum withdrawal amount for your chosen payment method; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds that form part of your Balance.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ac99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC completion and any additional verification checks that may be required. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically received by the Player within one to two hours of processing. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take two to four business days depending on the receiving institution.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless ac99 approves an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

7.5 Withdrawal Refusal

8.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by ac99 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a wagering requirement is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published at the point of offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any portion of those funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. During an active wagering requirement, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per bet as specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a wagering requirement is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

ac99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics; using automated tools, bots, or scripts to fulfil wagering requirements; and making low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, ac99 will cancel the bonus, remove any associated winnings, and may close the Account and withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically. No extension of expiry periods will be granted except at ac99's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

9.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the ac99 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by independent third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. ac99 does not control, modify, or influence game outcomes. 9.2 Sports Betting Rules

9.3 Malfunction Policy

9.4 Disconnection during Play

In the event that a Player's internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's own disconnection policy, which is governed by the game provider's software. ac99 recommends Players maintain a stable internet connection when using the Services.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ac99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the ac99 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a way that mimics or replaces human Player activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports betting market.
• Making deposits or placing bets on behalf of third parties, including acting as a payment agent or collecting winnings on behalf of another person.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac99's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Services shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Player to their ac99 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ac99 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains an error or omission, provided that ac99 corrects such errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Interruptions to the Services caused by events outside ac99's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ac99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ac99 operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and applies the general principles of contract and consumer protection recognised in the territory in which it operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ac99 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by good-faith negotiation. Players may initiate this process by contacting [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute and the outcome sought. ac99 will respond to all formal dispute notifications within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of a Player's written notification, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available under applicable law.

ac99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change is material — meaning it could reasonably be expected to affect a Player's rights or obligations — ac99 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice of the change by email to the address registered on the Player's Account.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or the addition of new game-specific rule annexures, may be implemented without advance notice and will take effect upon publication at this URL.

If a Player does not wish to be bound by an amended version of these Terms, they must notify ac99 at [email protected] before the effective date of the change and close their Account. Continued use of the ac99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
